There are employees who would not lift a finger to help others and get paid way more than I do. Also, the same employees cheat through contest and again no consequences

There is only 1 c worker that I interact with including going to her with any questions. The lead on my team is 90% of the time clueless as to what is happening

There is nothing positive. And the bigger joke is this survey. I already know nothing will change and this survey is just a way of telling us that "you care" when in reality that is not the case

The afterhours leadership is worse than anything and is a complete joke. No accountability, lazy employees continuously get away with everything while the good and hardworking employees are always being told that they need to do better.
