I appreciate working remotely, but would like more opportunities for advancement and regular pay increases outside of bonuses. My pay has not increased in at least 4 years.

My direct manager cares about everyone on the team and always has unique solutions to complex problems.

I really appreciate and value CCE's unique culture and feel that Kelly Hourigan is the best leader on the CCH team.

Kelly Hourigan is an exemplary leader who models excellent leadership, seeks buy-in, and listens to her team. She always has creative solutions to tough problems.
