Briefly describe your overall experience at your company

I was excited when I was initially hired to work in a young department and using my experience and work ethic to help it grow, but I quickly realized this was no longer possible because of the managers decision making and my balloon has been slowly deflating and I very frustrated about that.

What are some of the best things about your team?

There is always a high level of respect for each other.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

recognize market factors to help determine current pay rates and review the total compensation package more often and correct any inconsistencies or wage gaps.

What makes you most happy at work?

Creating a partnership between myself and a solid provider that leads to a seamless recruiting process and a seamless placement for a locum tenens job with our client.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

There seems to be a lot of events and different ways to get involved and really being immersed in the culture and working to further the company message and goals.

What makes you most happy at work?

I am most happy when I am able to place a provider in a job because I know it is helping to grow the department and I enjoy being in this unique position of helping to do that.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

This is a young department, and there is so much potential to grow and really do some big things individually and companywide, but those things will likely never happen under the current manager. They are an excellent salesperson, but not a very good manager.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I am one of the highest producers on the team and was given a written warning while watching others not producing anything in some cases being praised and rewarded. I have accomplished financial achievements that have never been done for this department and I am punished instead of appreciated.

What are some of the best things about your team?

The Director of this team continues to disappoint every day. They play favorites, hold the wrong people accountable, are not consistent in their decision making, have no concern for actual facts, wants to be in charge more than actually leading people and helping them learn to improve on their own.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

My current salary does not reflect my years of experience and overall job performance level and there is market data that show average salary amount is much higher than what I am earning. A salary commensurate with years of experience and current job performance would make me feel better.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Most people in leadership have zero accountability within the team they are managing, and the Director of my department is one of them. This person also never holds accountable the people they hired and currently manage. They have reached their level of incompetence and should not be managing.
