It's a pleasant job, the hours are a lot. The benefits are not great, and with all of the layoffs it's a scary feeling to not know your future.

When there are projects that give you more opportunity to make great pay
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
That we are able to chat with each other and feel connections with co workers
What are some of the best things about your team?
I love that we are open and can communicate and help each other when needed. It feels like your actually in a team and not working alone
What is the best part about your compensation package?
My pay is fair, I do hate that commisions are now going down, and that the financial department has gotten a good amount of mistakes on the payouts in the last 6 months which is a bummer too.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I don't really know any leadership teams above my own manager, but my manager does a great job and makes you feel important. I can't really have an opinion on anyone above that I don't know them or anything about them.
