At first it started great, I was excited for new opportunity, which is why I came here, but with coming we have had 4 lay offs, and no growth opportunity's, and now I do not know if I ever have a chance of advancement or am promised tomorrow.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The people I closely work with on the daily I love them and enjoy working with them. And blessed to have developed relationships with each one of them.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is currently going through the same struggle with fearing if they will have a job tomorrow, but we all seem to group together and support each other through these tough times.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
There has been so many negative impacts lately with all these layoffs, and now we are at the point where we are feeling anxious coming to work every day rather than excited.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Better communication about the company's expectations and where everyone stands in their role (from upper executive management). Please address these layoff, and if there will be future ones. Increase in hourly pay for the extra work we have endured during these layoffs.
