CC has been a good company to work with so far. It is a bit slow in moving through process as compared to other RPOs I have worked with, however understanding that's its still in its growth phase, this maybe one reason why. More appreciation needed for Client Service leader.

Company has a cultivating culture. It is growing and restructuring so hoping to see a more One Cross Country culture. At this time I do not see the whole organization represented as one, rather each division working competitively against each other.
