My supervisor is very good to us and genuinely care for us.

It's a decent salary but there should be more increases when well due.

Other companies in our roles are not only paying more, but have other perks like commission.

My supervisor, coworkers, Cross Country and the client all around make me happy. Of course there's frustration with the client but they truly are wonderful people also.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My supervisor Victoria is compassionate and caring. She is a huge reason I love my job and am incredibly thankful for her. Leadership overall treats me and everyone around me very well and cares about us as individuals.
