It's been an overall negative experience. Leadership breeds a culture of unrealistic expectations met with micromanagement when not achieved. Little to no thought is given about the effects any changes will have on employees and their livelihood.

I'm a remote employee, I don't interact a lot with other recruiters
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I struggle to find a lot of positive things about the company currently.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Micro-management is only increasing. Lots of time being taken away from production to fill out unnecessary things. Our work hours are tracked in a system that is not the only system we are working in. I have to explain to nurses why stipends are being taken away and they are unable to get them back.
