While I have enjoyed my colleagues and clients...as well as my direct supervisor...the rest is somewhat disappointing. Compensation, work life balance leave a lot to be desired.

It's just not particularly positive right now.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Have only had one raise in 8 years and I had to beg for that....yet I am regularly verbally recognized for my performance and that my performance sets the bar for my colleagues". Show me vs. tell me.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication. For incentive based employees - goals are usually not set until second quarter.....so first quarter we are working with no goals. Goals need to be fair and achievable, which they were not for 2023. This is very demotivating for those who do not get salary increases.
