I enjoy the work and building relationships with candidates, but the increasing list of daily tasks that are monitored is preventing me from being successful and causing extra stress. There are also always other recruiters trying to steal my candidates which does not promote a culture of teamwork.

I don't know my coworkers besides GIFs sent in teams chat
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Commission seems to be decreasing even as TOA is growing. I also feel like I am on call 24/7 and expected to work weekends.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
There is so much pressure to perform at all times, daily, weekly instead of looking at the big picture monthly. There are so many factors out of my control but I am constantly stressed to produce results each day, even when I am growing steadily and exceeding monthly goals.
