I have loved working for CCA from the very first day. Everyone has always been kind and encouraging in my career and growth. Even as life and the company has changed over the years, the leadership team has done a great job at balancing the needs of the company and the needs of every employee.

We work both collaboratively and independently. My success is not based on someone elses but we can lean on others for additional support or resources when needed.
