I think that the company has changed so much for the better over the course of time. It is tough to see employees being cut, but for the most part, I understand the direction the company is headed and can see why changes have to be made.
What makes you most happy at work?
Exciting new projects and the flexibility to work at my own pace.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We divide and conquer tasks and work collaboratively on projects well. We are all just very task and detail-oriented, which makes allows us all to trust each other's work.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that leadership seems to be interested in the employee as a whole, promoting cultural diversity and individual differences. They also seem to provide growth opportunities for their employees, which make working at CCH more exciting.
