What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Flexibility to attend to your family is key in this environment. As long as you get your work done, the company is very good about allowing you flexibility throughout your day.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am a go getter and feel like we should be rewarded for doing more than what is asked. I do not always feel heard when expressing concerns. Compensation would be better with a higher salary alongside our commission structure.
