The transparency and ability to let your work shine for leadership meetings
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My salary is much less that the average salary in my position and my commission has been cut by 80%
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My immediate supervisor is phenomenal. Not only with her knowledge of the business but with her letting me know she cares about me as a person
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is very quick to get back to me with things needed and we work very well together. I consider them friends/family as well as co workers even though we work remotely
