Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
it has been great experience and that is why I am in my 26th year of my career here, my job as a full desk, I do recruit, assist with onboarding, staffing, compliance, payroll, and even prospecting and dealing with clients for staffing and other matters. I am grateful for the rewarding work I do.
What are some of the best things about your team?
everyone works hard to grow the revenue.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
driven, focused, diverse, enthusiasm, goal oriented.
What makes you most happy at work?
filling the orders and making the HCP and Client happy.

caring, compassionate, driven, and listening to one another's feelings and be there.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership team must talk to us one on one at least once a month.

when I am able to start new employees, fill shifts, help HCP & CLIENT & society.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
the focus and plan are great, but I wish they could have given some TLC for the hard-working bottom level employees for the better compensation and recognition. making the cut in our compensation is very hurting! :(
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am in my 26th year and I am not getting paid for the full desk work I do, my base pay is low for my 26 years of exp, and they cut the bonus incentive! it is very hard to maintain the monthly cost and living expense.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
working from home is the most positive, but we are kept in the dark about lots of things happening in our corporate, ex: we all must get the t-shirt and other things what corporate people get for events etc. and send out Christmas gifts to all, send something to HCPs for the week of their profession
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have not got a raise since 2007; I have been working for this company for 25 years and I don't get even $20.00 per hour in my base salary! I am in the same title for 25 years, never had a promotion, but I like what I do, and I am happy, but a better title will be good. I work full desk. talk to me
