Higher pay, improved morale, and equal opportunities for all team members. Support should be given to everyone, not just those with 18+ years of tenure.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The company needs to hire more qualified management professionals who actively take courses and attend seminars to improve their leadership skills. Additionally, they should invest in a structured training program rather than relying on an improvised approach.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The pay is below average for the current cost of living. There’s a lot of favoritism within the team, with management prioritizing senior account managers instead of setting up those with less seniority for success. I h
