I have worked here for roughly 18 years. I can honestly say I love what I do. I have done several different positions but staffing has always had my heart.

My overall experience with the company the last 20 years has been fantastic. I started out an on call coordinator and then went up from there. I have had the opportunity to learn a lot from my amazing managers and co-workers.

Every single day is something different. I love connecting with the clients and field staff.

When we need all hands on deck, they don't hesitate and jump on feet first asap.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our core values, the support and "extras" offered( IS: Wellness Wednesday). Positive attitude and behavior from our leadership motivates and engages the staff.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are always keeping us "In the Know" and always trying to ensure that we have the tools to "work smarter and not harder".
What makes you most happy at work?
I love the fact that I never know what is going to be thrown at me on the daily. I can make my list of 'to dos" for the next day and something is thrown at me and I have to adjust. I love that not one single day is the same.
