What is the best part about your compensation package?
I appreciate the balance of hands-on, industry experience and compensation provided by CCH. The best part is there is room and opportunity to grow.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The aspect of our leadership team at CCH that I like best is the fact that they genuinely care and align their valuation of employees, especially young "raw" talent, to the company's long term vision. To me, this proves that leadership truly cares about the longevity of the organization.
What are some of the best things about your team?
CCH offers a unique work culture experience combining the "small office" and "large corporation" feel. The various departments offer you the feeling of being on a smaller team. From events and company wide celebrations, we are reminded that we are all part of a very large, national corporation.
