Communication from management is horrible. Once, a manager gets you set in their sights as a problem/trouble the rest join in. No one every really tries to find a solution to help the employee, especially a part-time person.

Satisfying my customers and being able to show kindness to everyone I interact with.

The interviewer seemed kind and understanding, until her tone became condescending during a meeting I had recently.

Most of the team (not management) are really great people to work with. There will always be a few in need of diversity training.
