I have worked overtime and was not paid time and a half. I received straight pay. I am upset!!!

I believe that the pay should be more to the education and experience. An increase in the hourly wage of 15.00 at a minimum. The store is a upscale store with a great revenue stream.

Little to no structure. Training as an on boarding manager is none. Thrown into the pit and expected to do things the "Dillards way", but scolded when you do.

Workers need to work diligently and be productive. Some workers let other worker out work them and get paid the same because of the productivity.

Im just happy to have a stable job. But I do not like feeling unappreciated when I am working at least 20 hours of overtime a week for a company that looks at me as just a number.
