Dillard's Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

The benefits package is one of the best of all companies I’ve worked fo

One paid day off if you are not late clocking in for a few months.

Really good health and dental

The pay is great, but you literally have no life outside of work.

It takes care of my health needs

Retirement benefits and health insurance

It does pay more than some places, but you always threaten by not making quotes that are impossible.

Discounts, pay and vacation hours that add up quickly.

The best part about the compensation package is there one available.

Shared 401k is the best I can think of at this moment

weekly paychecks and health benefits

Reasonable pricing for dental and vision package.

Review from Sales Dept

The benefits package is very comprehensive including time off, medical, etc

Review from Sales Dept

Review from Customer Support Dept

Dental and Vision I was told since I am part-time I am not allow to have a retirement account

Benefits and alot double employee discounts

Review from Sales Dept

Best part of my compensation package is the stock options

Soy nueva integrante, aun no recibo

Review from Operations Dept

Review from Sales Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Low pay, small raises, limited growth.

Even playing field with transparency is great start

More flexible vacation time, betwee 401k match,

In spite of what the survey says store managers and below are not compensated well and the benefits especially their relocation package is at the bottom of the industry.

I never felt undervalued by management

To be treated with respect and dignity

Review from Sales Dept

I feel undervalued by the pay scale and the sph.

I have been a manager for many years and I believe initially when I accepted the job, I should have asked to be compensated more hourly, for how large my drpartment is & the amonut of work I have put into my job.

Review from Sales Dept

I’m paid 15% less than the average manager in my position throughout this company. I can barely afford to buy groceries after my basic living expenses and bills are paid. Fair compensation would make me feel better about my compensatio

They do not care. That's it

I make so much less than i coukd if they would set me up for success. And they offer no training. Lucky fhat i know my stuff so i can fake ir. But im quitting. The pay is absurd. I made more at 19 yrs old.

Better pay and better management

I hace been working for Dillard's for 5 years and every person who just stars working there earns more than me and whitout knowing.

I feel undervalued because the Dillards that I work for treat their employees unfairly and their turnover rate is ridiculous.

Actually getting paid days off for holidays and vacation. Having my religious beliefs be respected in my scheduling.

Two job positions for one pay. Now a days starting pay is at least $12.00 for one title position

I get paid the least put of the whole store but i am expected to do more.

Because i feel like my needs are not looked at because i work hard but when someone else doesn't do what they're told they get praised for everything

Overworked and underpaid .. little appreciation reflected

Review from Product Dept

Better hours, and more training for upper management. They need to learn how to communicate with the "little people".
