Review from Sales Dept

Most positive environment for me being the SBM up lingerie is enthusiasm, joy and just love what you're doing and being able to help women. It gives me great joy to help and serve other people , By giving five star treatment to every single lady that comes into that department, giving the wow factor

Review from Sales Dept

Customer's are good and nice.

Sadly, the community surrounding us has gone downhill a lot over the course of the last 5 or so years. As it has become the norm to hear of robberies and violence daily nearby! However, there are many great loyal customers that are like family, who continue to support us and have become familyp

Friendly people family like atmosphere.

The problem is when you are the store manager and you never smile or interact with your associates

The store just needs updated! A bunch of old furniture and tech

Management and no competition between coworkers

The structure of the company creates a hostile work environment

Everything. Management, pay, work responsibilities, the list can go on

Respect for those working around you.

A new leadership who cares about employees and not believe all are thieves

Review from Customer Support Dept

Hire more individuals that are sales goal oriented and have a sales /customer service background. They hire just to have a body,

treat employees with respect, no like numbers.

Better management and less hostility

More Professional Managers and staff

The store manager needs to be replaced before anything will begin to change for the better. She is the root cause of all of our store’s issues and is the reason we aren’t profita

FIRE EUGENE WILLIAMS AS SOON AS POSSIBLE

The manager needs to be professional keep things to herself and stop talking down on us to others.

The store management and some managers

Everything. This company and this location dont have any redeemable qualities.

Just have managers be more receptive to what employees tell them. It feels less like a team effort and more like every man for himself.

One of the ASM targets people individually but doesnt give the same consequences to her employees.

Hold associates accountable for their actions.
