Better managment less micro managment

Employees never get to give their opinion on how to make our job better we never have meetings to discuss issues the only meetings are when a visit will happen or when big events are going to take place and if an employee doesn’t get credits they are required to stand at the entrance for credi

There is nothing constructive to say about Sharon Rios at 0771. She is just plain mean, and gets off on making her ASM’s, BM’s and associates cry. She is a toxic, evil woman that is running great employees off with her punitive “lead by the whip” managemen

Leadership team only cares about credit card. This company only cares to keep people in debt.

Communication, courtesy, respectful of hardworking employees. Visit your employees ask how they are doing coach them if questions are asked so they can grow. Giving employees opportunities to share their ideas what is working, what is not working we are on the sales floor.
