My coworkers are the kindest most wonderful people. But the managment gets mad at everything.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
push credit card say ton much, I live in a small town and its not a very rich place
Every sales associate is fighting for sales just to meet their quota and communication is very poor
Work together and recognize they work fot the store betterment.
Care about your employees feelings and needs
Management needs more maturity and professionalism. Too much gossip which hinders professional growth.
The manager we do have needs to be let go

Not be blatantly mean and make work unbearable.
Dillards is way behind on being high end
Literally everything. Shes an absolute nightmare
Just work and not milk the clock. So many people on their phone constantly.
Its a toxic environment through and through.
Teamwork. One person can tank a whole department especially when they threaten management and management is scared to do anything to that person. DT.
