The store manager was very friendly and helpful and always had his door open and he always got back with you when you called him.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I believe that the pay should be more to the education and experience. An increase in the hourly wage of 15.00 at a minimum. The store is a upscale store with a great revenue stream.
