What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Our store manager and our assistant store manager are never accountable for anything. They will always find a way to blame or threaten for terminate employees for the faults of their own. They don't need to just be better. They need to be replaced!

I was promoted to a counter manager in cosmetics and promised a $3 raise, found out way later (was not told my raise had gone through) that I only recieved $1 raise and I was making the same as part time employees with no experience while doing 10 times the work.
