Very disappointed in the team with poor customer service

Good employees are not recognized or appreciated. There should be employee recognition.

There is a lot of negativity and condemnation. Good employees should be recognized.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Take care of their Good employees and get rid of those with bad attitudes and poor customer service.
