I have been working in this company for 2 years and I feel very frustrated by the preferences in the schedules and the pressure to make a credit application per week even though I am on vacation and even if I do not have my 40 hours

What makes you most happy at work?

I like the points they give for making cards in the first two weeks of the month

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

not have preferences with any employee and check that the schedules are rotated so that we can all have a free weekend

What would you most like to see improved at your company?

Need new management. Unrealistic sales goals

What are some of the best things about your team?

We work out our problems (competiveness, territorial, work load sharing).

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Improvements need to made towards true teamwork.
