Overall it's a great company, but the managers are very neglectful and disrespectful. They also always threaten to firing me, and threaten to slap my hand. I'm uncomfortable coming to work at dillards everyday and dont know who to go to for help, I feel like I'm treated unfairly.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication and being more respectful, and courteous. If anything everybody else knows when the managers decide to let you go or move you departments before you do.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
The company is always needing people but reject everybody, and then call us back to do another interview. This takes up alot of our time, and makes the company look indecisive.
