I feel uncomfortable coming to work everyday. The managers are very neglectful and disrespectful. They constantly threaten to fire us. Even threaten to slap my hand. I dont know who to go to for help. I feel like I'm treated unfairly. They make us feel inferior.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
They call for an interview, dont hire you, and then call back to do another interview. This makes the company look indecisive
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication and discretion. f anything everybody else knows about the decisions the managers make in regards to moving us to a different department or letting us go, before we do.
