Dental and Vision I was told since I am part-time I am not allow to have a retirement account

it was straight to what was expect and what I was worth they knew my value and offered a starting salary that showed they valued my experience.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication, courtesy, respectful of hardworking employees. Visit your employees ask how they are doing coach them if questions are asked so they can grow. Giving employees opportunities to share their ideas what is working, what is not working we are on the sales floor.
What are some of the best things about your team?
There is not much I can say about the Managers at the Arrowhead location. They have allowed bulling and dishonesty with some employees working for approx 15-19 years. They share their sales so they all meet goal. They impacted my work environment cost my health I was not willing to cheat to met goal
