Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have been a manager for many years and I believe initially when I accepted the job, I should have asked to be compensated more hourly, for how large my drpartment is & the amonut of work I have put into my job.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Most positive environment for me being the SBM up lingerie is enthusiasm, joy and just love what you're doing and being able to help women. It gives me great joy to help and serve other people , By giving five star treatment to every single lady that comes into that department, giving the wow factor
