As a bilingual and culturally diverse manager, I was paid over $5 less than a white counterpart. False rumors were spread to pressure me to leave. Higher management also laid out unrealistic job expectations, with zero job security, or safety. Unsafe work environment, bomb threat/shooting.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Management needs more maturity and professionalism. Too much gossip which hinders professional growth.
