My coworkers. We look out for each other.

I enjoy interacting with the customers. It helps break up my day.

The management team was very positive during the interview process. They spoke highly of the company and positively about the work environment.

Need new management. Unrealistic sales goals

We work out our problems (competiveness, territorial, work load sharing).
