The culture they are trying to create in Enshored is by far great compared it to other centers. Some people just needs to learn people management and practice teamwork so the company will grow. But at the end of the day, I love being part of the company,I learned and continue to learn a lot everyday

I found an amazing mentor here that let me plan for my team and recommend strategies that would work. I am proud I grew with the campaign but I want equal opportunity for my team as well, I am looking for growth and I know that my trainers want that as well.

Compensation wise, it's good. Benefit, hope to get the medical coverage because it's important specially in our trying times.

Since its work from home, I can work safely at my home that's the best thing about this company. Securing employees' safety first! kuddos!
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
We need an FGD form to rate our partner departments - hr, recruitment, on-boarding, IT and empowerment because the support is far from standard. Well improving but for me, can do better.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Correct Training Structure and the right alignment for each post. Officers that I have on my team survived the ramp of endorsing 600+ people in Operations, taking into consideration that we are only a total of 4 trainers. Would highly appreciate the executive officers providing us with growth.
