The most positive about the culture and environment is that we have good leaders.

I don't have any problems about the salary. And about the other parts of compensation package, it's all good with me.

No toxic workmates and we are encouraging each other that we can do all the tasks that are needed to accomplish.

What I like best about the leadership team is that they are always updated in policies and we also discussing all we need or what to do in moderating.

We are cooperating esp. when we are having our huddle and our QA and TL are doing their best in helping and explaining the things that us moderators really needs.

What makes me most happy at work is when the videos that are keep on coming, are the videos that I really know or I am very confident what policies to tag them.
