They will always make time for you if you need help. They would never feel you are left out and try to make everybody a part of something.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I do not feel undervalued, it's just base on what we're doing, it may be what we signed or other responsibilities that have been assigned to us, the compensation is low. A little salary increase wouldn't hurt.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our team has the best people and colleague. We always had our back and try to look out for each other despite our differences or responsibilities. We make sure that everyone is in has the motivation to work.
