They are very accommodating and helpful. We really foster a culture of feedback and sharing of best practices.

Co-workers share best practices, look out for each other, and hold each other accountable. We are always appreciated for our efforts/achievements.

The compensation I receive is not proportionate to the amount of work that we leaders are expected to do for our teams.

An increase in salary would be good, considering the amount of work and task we need to undertake. Including transportation costs, and inflation.

The people I work with and knowing that what we do is providing a safe community to users of the account we are holding.

We look out for each other, and provide feedback to each other. We also share our best practices and do our best to work together.
