They are making sure that everyone's improving in the task line assigned to them and they're not leaving anyone behind

We are not each other's competition. We know how to lift each other and cheer for one another. An achievement of one is an achievement of all

The daily rate is higher compared to other jobs. In fact, it is more than enough to provide something for my family while I'm saving some for myself

The thrill of the job itself. It is something I've never done before. Staying on this job made me realize that content moderators are very important to ensure the safety and well-being of various tiktok users
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Enshored is not just about how you do well in every task given to you, but they also give importance to their employee's mental health because in order for us to be productive in our job, we have to be well as a person.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Competition is not an issue. You don't have to be afraid of asking because everyone is willing to help you with your concerns. I'm a newbie in this industry and this is my first job but everyone's been good to me to the point that I am always learning something new from them everyday
