Basic Salary is good. Even if the allowances is just 2500, it also adds up to cover my transportation allowance

Overall, a positive and inclusive work environment where I can make a difference and continue to learn is what truly makes me happy at work.

Approachable, we have open communication, listens and I can feel that they really care about me as they check on my workload, how am I doing

It's the structure built in the account where all I need is to carefully follow it for me to be able to perform and give out the expected outputs from me.

Continuous Learning: Learning and development are core to our culture. The company offers various training programs, workshops, and opportunities for skill enhancement. This not only benefits individual career growth but also contributes to the company's overall progress.
What makes you most happy at work?
It's the work from home set-up as I am 2 hours away from my workplace. I felt like I am being more productive at home and being able to avoid being exhausted on my travel time especially on weekdays..
