Enshored is good enough for me and no company is perfect. There are some things that need to be addressed specifically, the annual increase, incentives, and other financial support or financial allowance. Also, kindly add mental awareness and physical workouts to improve our lifestyle.

ANNUAL INCREASE - This is a high factor the employee retention. For Incentive - the fact that they only provide 5% of the total population of each account. I think much better to give the incentive to those who meet the target KPI than to gove to those who are in 5%.
