The compensation is fair but the night differential is quite low because being in a night shift is hard and challenging because of the time of work itself. The benefits is also good.

The work from home set-up is very helpful to mom like me who wants to have a decent job while at home, hopefully it will be implemented for long. I please hope that they consider other reasons aside from medical reason to approve the request of change of shift schedule.

It's just the night differential pay is quite low but other than that the offer for a newbie like me is fair.

there's no salary increase upon regularization or annual salary increase. The benefit of HMO has only 1 dependent, adding 1 more dependent is much better.

my ex-teammates since I was transferred to another team. They are fun to be with, helpful and help lift you up to improve if they see you are struggling.

They are giving me honest feedback regarding my work and their observation about me. They give me tips that I could use to help me improve as a Content Moderator.
