My experience working here at Enshored so far it's good. Since this is my first job, I really do well in my work. But sometimes, I feel afraid because I feel sometimes I'm not secured here in the company because you can still be get fired since I'm not still a regular employee.

I think the salary should increased since there's lot of criteria we need to balance

I think the special allowance, I hope that it will remain on us because it's really a big help, specially when we return to office.

I think we should have get an increase, also when we always transferred from another LOB and having training once again. And when I get a 5 overall scorecard but didn't get an incentives because my team leader told me that they prioritized higher AHT. got disappointed because I still got that 5
