The compensation of the company was good. but in terms of incentives, people engagement, SOPs parameter and guidance from other team leaders must improve especially they should value us (the employees) by inspiring, be more proactive, and create a team building which educate people to do more & gain

We were hoping that you could provide an incentive so your employees will be more excited and more competent in our goal. I hope that you align the salary of everyone, especially to your tenure agents. Also, please be consistent in having a certificate as this is the thing that appreciates our hard.
