Compare to my previous companies, this company is great. It's just that I just don't understand why filing for leave needs to have a reason - a valid reason while other companies can give you leave and use it the way you want to. it would be best as well if we can have a referral bonus

It's good but sometimes becoming repetitive. There were also inconsistencies with wellness and activities. Heard as well that if you know someone from RTA, you can request your preferred break. Also, if you know someone from management, you get a higher chance of getting promoted.

little salary, little incentive, strict break schedule, you get promoted when you can get along with someone whose in the management team, people wouldn't believe that i am working for tiktok because of my salary, considering to resign and look for better opportunity somewhere

We are underpaid, no annual increase. It's been 2 years now and I still get paid the same but my expenses are getting higher.

the salary is too little compared to other center that offer the same job

salary increase because you increase the metrics, few can only achieve the incentive and it's not motivating enough

We always bounce back whenever we have misalignments. We always make sure that we are updated with recent policy updates.

They don't care about client's updates and company's vision. As long as they find something interesting or funny, they're good.

Other centers with the same account have a higher compensation compared here. No annual increase, lots of changes with metrics. Salary disputes
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The Team Leaders, they're very nice to their team members. They are all approachable compare to other moderators and they will really help you with everything work related.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think we are still receiving lesser pay compare to the other centers since moderation job is becoming in demand and all of the metrics has been upgraded.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Don't do the same training with moderators and quality analysts. A higher position means higher responsibility. TM and TLs are humbler than the QAs. First name basis is not being practiced.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Well, other companies offered higher compensation for a moderation job. Though I am aware of the recent increase if you will compare it to other companies, ours still remain at the least.
What makes you most happy at work?
To be honest, sometimes it's better to have misalignments so I can have something to work on. It excites me that I don't do the same mistake. And I'm challenging myself every day.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Thinking how will I spend my salary with bills and basic needs now that everything is becoming expensive even it's still not pay day. Metrics has already become harder to hit but the pay still remains low.
