The work-from-home setup with additional bonuses. It really helps us to not spend time and money travelling from our house going to the site.

There's a wellness for everyone that can helps us moderators especially when we are burned out because of the numerous cases we are moderating.

The policies being regulated by the officers aren't constant; at some point, they're making policies that hard to attain because the agents look like robots.

I think the deminimis allowance is sufficient, but they need to allocate more resources to company transportation, as most of the time we are reporting onsite

The management are too strict in terms of the KPI, given that the cases that we are moderating everyday is always different from the other hence, it sometimes cause time to moderate case
