We are a small account so we can prevent being toxic and we work from home so great for introverts

Since we help small business in US, most accounts are not toxic and stressful, and you can visualize career growth

Not toxic, work life balance, friendly people, very less to none conflict (at least with my experience in our account)

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Allowing WFH for accounts that don't require working in office, as it improves productivity because of removing travel time etc

What do you like best about the leadership team?

I don't feel like I'm a disposable employee. Working in the industry for years, I've always felt so replaceable. Possibly, I still am, but at least they make me feel valued.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

I work from home, and as an introvert, it works well for me. I deal with a lot of virtual stuff from work and so far it all works and caters to different setups which I like.

What makes you most happy at work?

Working at home because I have a work-life balance, my performance are great, I'm not overtired due to the messy transportation system and as an introvert my social battery is just enough for virtual meetings and conversations

What is the best part about your compensation package?

In this company, the second tier of salary (CS position) is just the base or minimum for others. My position is back office, which is lower than CS but my salary is same as CS in other companies.

What makes you most happy at work?

I am one of the employees lucky/blessed to be in a work-at-home setup. Since I am in my twenties I take this opportunity to learn about doing a lot of things on my own like important errands, managing my house and creating a lifestlye

What are some of the best things about your team?

If there is a complicated or time consuming task assigned to you, they will help you finish it if they're free, and not make you feel bad about it because we all share the same goal which is to deliver the tasks of the day

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

We're not forced to work at the office if we can do our jobs at home, especially more effectively. Less energy is spent on getting ready and transportation. We manage time better. We get to actually insert great activities like working out into our day

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Respect that introverts don't like to talk or interact too much as it drains our social battery, doesn't mean we're not working, don't want to collaborating, or we don't like them. Even if we're working from home, a lot of small talks can drain social battery and can affect energy to work

What are some of the best things about your team?

I can really feel like we're working towards a common goal - client satisfaction. I don't feel or see that they just work for their score cards. Giving and helping is normalized, even without direct benefits to salary or score card. I can see that this culture exists with the effort of managers
