For the company to be honest none since there's no engagement as of the moment

Visibility about from the management and at least we can feel that we have management support

Be responsible, act like a person who's in charge and let other heroes feel the presence of having a management

Management interaction should be changed, recognize the hardwork of the other heroes and do not focus on the negative things.

Management is always seeing the bad things that heroes are doing and not the good things that they are contributing to the program. Incentives are always delayed resulting in none.
