Everything is excellent except for the compensation since its still lower than other companies. Also, I understand that the company is just starting to expand so there are lot of changes but some of it are unnecessary in my opinion. Overall, I'm still very happy and proud to be part of the company

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Higher compensation to make up for the stress that the job is demanding, moderating is fairly easy yet very stressful since videos and social media trends changes everytime
