salary increase quarterly or yearly will do due to inflation rate, all the necessities price are getting high

sick leave should not affect our scorecard, and the salary of other companies is way lower compared to us with same department

be real to the given numbers, and they should be easy to approach specially when something we have to communicate for the team

the shift schedule, it seems the management can move you to another shift schedule and there's nothing you can do about it. you can't even choose your preferred schedule.
